I've recently reconnected with past conclusions about travel. You might second guess going, hesitate leaving, feel the urgency of staying for things you left behind. You may feel guilty for giving time to yourself, abandoning to those you leave behind, resistant of what lies ahead upon return. But what you can’t deny isin the time between, something will always be gained. You may not see it until you feel it, or predict it until it arrives. But there is always a lesson to each experience. No trip without gain. No return home without perspective, worldviews, initial thoughts wildly shifted. It’s in this time in the inbetween that we reconnect with who we really are, what we really want. This time informs every next step we make. And they’re usually big ones.
